Purple and Green Smoothie

Purple & Green Power
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup spinach or kale
1/4 avocado
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop clean protein powder of choice or hemp seeds
(Water and ice if needed) 

smoothies are such a great and creative way to get your greens and berries. Loaded with vitamins, protein, and antioxidants. Perfect breakfast, snack, or post workout meal.
