Gluten Free 2 ingredient Banana Oat Cookies
2 ripe mashed up bananas
1 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
Mix together and drop by TBSP onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350.
Optional add ins:
I added in 1 tsp of cinnamon
I did half the batch with 1 TBSP Almond Butter
and added 3 dark chocolate chips to each cookie in the other half
I have added raw honey, walnuts, PB2, dried cranberries, raw coconut, and so on before too. The possibilities are endless. Best warm right out of the oven.
Very easy and satisfying!
