Cilantro and Pumpkin Seed Pesto

My son wanted steaks tonight so I decided to make a pesto to top the steak with that fit within our cleanse guidelines. We are trying to bring summer in during this cold weather!

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup firmly packed cilantro
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1-2 TBSP fresh lime juice
Pink salt and pepper to taste

Process it in your food processor or Vitamix.

Top fish, Seafood, beef, chicken, or pasta
