1 lb grass fed organic beef
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 TBSP chopped fresh jalapeño with seeds removed
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 TSBP fresh parsley, chopped
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce or a gluten free substitute
Mix and let refrigerate 1 hour or more. Divide into 4-6 burgers. Grill on medium about 5 minutes each side or until done. Serve in a lettuce wrap or on a pretzel bun with cheese as my family did.
I topped mine with home made pickles, onions fried in coconut oil, and sun dried tomatoes.
I cannot wait to make these on the grill this summer. Actually it is nice today, so maybe I will fire up the grill when I make these today. Minnesota was in a huge cold snap and this weekend is 60 degrees warmer then it was last weekend. We have to get out and enjoy it while we can!
