- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 ripe banana, frozen or fresh
- 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Optional: scoop of high quality indentured whey protein
