Sweet Green Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe banana, frozen or fresh
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: scoop of high quality indentured whey protein 

Blend and enjoy!
